THE TRUE "BEAUTY" OF PARTNERSHIPS AND RELATIONSHIPS !!!

 

Venus begins its "loving" transit through the charming, sociable sign of Libra tomorrow, October 27th, at 9:41 PM EDT ... Venus is very much at home here - considered to be in dignity - as this is one of the two signs it naturally rules - the other being Taurus ... Venus was last in Libra from September 14th through October 8, 2019 ... anything come to mind during that roller coaster ride of emotions, relationships and possibly financial issues during that period ???

Venus was in Virgo, ruled by Mercury, which was retrograde for about 15 days of that transit ... now Mercury will be retrograde in Libra for the first 6 days of this transit of Venus ... and let's not forget Mars is still retrograde until November 13th ... the Universe indeed has a perverted sense of humor at times, right ??? ... Venus remains in Libra until November 21st !!!

The SUN begins its transit through the determined, aggressive, shrewd, secretive sign of Scorpio today, 10/22, at 7:00 PM EDT ... we are now being directed to turn inward to face truths about ourselves and what lies beneath  - "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH" - OR CAN YOU ??? ... this energy can be extremely driven but also highly transforming ... being a water sign, you can bet the emotions will become a constant determining ingredient in many of our actions now as opposed to the mental approach of the air sign of Libra ... this energy needs to shine passionately, through its power and resourcefulness, through seeking recognition for its penetration, and maybe through being in the limelight through a compulsive persistence !!!

THE "TRICKSTERS" THIRD AND FINAL DISRUPTION ... AT LEAST FOR FOR 2020 !!!

MERCURY -  begins its third and final retrograde journey for 2020 today, October 13th, at 9:05 PM EDT ... and if you've been following my blogs, or most anyone else who writes about this "phenomena", then you know pretty much what to expect during a Mercury Retrograde ... as always - EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED!!! ... some of you may have noticed the energy beginning to move backwards already when Mercury entered its shadow point - the point where it will come out of the retrograde on November 3rd - back on September 23rd when Mercury reached 25 degrees 54 minutes Libra  ... from now on things somehow just don't seem to go right or as we planned and we often find ourselves RE-DOING things, not only inside the retrograde period, but especially after Mercury stations back into direct motion ... BUT ... haven't things seemed off already since Mars is currently in its retrograde journey which began on September 9th as well as having been in and out of personal planet - Mercury, Venus, Mars - retrograde periods since February ???



This is a dual sign Mercury retrograde going from 11 degrees 40 minutes Scorpio back to 25 degrees 54 minutes Libra ... usually Mercury retrograde in one sign is challenging enough, but add a second and you have potentially even more challenges ... AND ... as previously mentioned on numerous occasions, this final Mercury retrograde for 2020 will be completely embedded in the current Mars retrograde in Aries, the sign Mars naturally rules, so there is the added potential for even more disruption if we get moving too far too fast and don't pay attention !!!



Obviously communications are going to be challenged both to and from others ... partnerships and relationships often hit the skids during these periods ... it is NOT a good time to make major purchases - especially cars - a big NO NO, computers or anything that involves electronics !!! ... purchasing homes can end up producing unforeseen problems and even the contracts can have unexpected difficulties along the way or at closing especially if the closing takes place during the retrograde period .... it is also not a good idea to enter into contracts or start new jobs as they will most likely not pan out and end up being dead ends .... obviously one cannot put their life on hold, but if there is anyway to hold off on these things until Mercury turns direct, it would prove beneficial in the long run ... I have frequently found, though, that in some charts I've done, people born under a Mercury retrograde sometimes seem to thrive during these periods because they innately understand the backward energy and how to work with it !!!

And what about Weddings you ask ... or did you ??? ... NO NO NO !!! ... now I know it takes time to plan a wedding and if you have already done so then there is no need to rush and cancel it ... sometimes it is the impromptu weddings that run into serious trouble ... regardless, I would highly suggest you get someone to note when you are pronounced a married couple, which one should already be doing anyway since we are in a Mars retrograde that began on September 9th, and then find a reputable astrologer to run an event chart for the "birth" of the wedding relationship in particular to see in which houses both the Mercury and Mars retrograde energy falls ... this would give you a good idea in what area(s) of life you might run into difficulties down the road or certainly where to keep an eye out for potential trouble !!!



It is very important to understand that Mercury retrogrades are NOT ALWAYS the harbingers of doom and gloom ... even though it is true they can cause disruption and misunderstandings, we have to realize these are simply Universal "time outs" which give us the opportunity to go back to rethink and review our actions especially as the energy relates to the current sign that the planet is transiting through ... bottom line - though we often joke about it, retrogrades shouldn't always be feared and dreaded but perhaps approached cautiously ... the Universe is giving us a chance to right our wrongs and redirect ourselves to achieve more beneficial personal and spiritual growth !!!



Mercury retrogrades are simply a time for reviewing and revision ... as the saying goes, "it might be a good idea to drop back and punt" !!! ... during a retrograde journey it can be said that we are in a mental "down time" and often things will not register on a conscious level with us ... it is said that the use of Mercury retrograde cycles are to reconnect the individual with the Universal rhythm ... this is NOT the time to make vast sweeping changes ... rather one should keep an eye open for possibilities that could prove more satisfying once the energy has returned back to direct motion ... and to point out once again, I have found that some people who are born with Mercury retrograde in their natal chart may have the tendency to navigate these often turbulent waters somewhat easier !!!



Mercury retrograde in Scorpio challenges us to find the courage and honesty to go deep within ourselves, facing our own inner demons, in order to bring about transformation and change in our lives in order to promote further personal and spiritual growth as well as healing ... as a result of this, it can make this particular retrograde period a highly emotional one especially considering the fact that Scorpio is a water sign and that has everything to do with the emotions and feelings !!!



Mercury retrograde in the sign of Scorpio can bring focus to the areas of life ruled by Pluto, the ruling planet of Scorpio, and 8th house matters - the house that Scorpio naturally rules ... so issues could arise regarding things which are hidden - especially in the unconscious self, the masses, crime, phobias and obsessions, slow growth, birth and death, isolation, coercion, kidnapping, bacteria and viruses, generation/regeneration/degeneration, secrets and things kept undercover, plumbing, dictatorships and unpopular causes - all of these things ruled by Pluto !!!

There could also be issues regarding support one receives from other people - including financial, moral, spiritual and physical, legacies, trusts, wills, taxes, insurance matters, sex, spiritual/physical regeneration, psychological rebirth, degeneration and death - both literal and figurative, occult matters, sleep, deep research, investigations, hidden assets, assets of partners alimony, and surgeries - all of these matters represented by the 8th house !!!

On October 27th, Mercury will return to the sign of Libra per retrograde motion ... in Libra, Mercury retrograde challenges us to address our relationships and partnerships both public and private - but didn't we just get through having to do that during the recent Venus retrograde especially while it was retrograde in Gemini which is ruled by Mercury ??? ... and it wouldn't be out of the question that the need may arise to address personal values and our monetary situation with Venus ruling Taurus as well even though the retrograde is not in that sign !!!

Mercury retrograding in the sign of Libra can bring into focus the areas of life ruled by Venus as well as 7th house matters and also potentially pulling in 2nd house matters as Venus naturally rules these two houses of the horoscope ... so issues could arise regarding art, culture, possessions, partners, beauty, charm, good taste, sweets and sugar, harmony, singing, drama, music, emotional contacts, tenderness, moral character, marriage and unions of all kinds, pleasure and appreciation - all things ruled by Venus !!!

There could also be issues in regards to financial affairs, possessions (excluding real estate), investments, earning power, gains or losses through your own efforts, inner talents and resources, your need for fulfillment, your emotional feelings, your sense of self-worth, sense of values, personal liberty and material debt - all matters represented by the 2nd house !!!

But there is the greatest potential for issues to arise regarding business and marital partnerships, marriage, divorce, contracts, lawsuits, agreements, dealings with the public, open enemies, cooperation or lack thereof with other people, addressing what you most lack in yourself, grandparents, and any people who act as your agent or on your behalf - all matters represented by the 7th house which is the specific sign, Libra, on the house Venus naturally rules ... and because Mercury rules communications, don't be surprised if people seem to lose their manners and tact which is what usually occurs during a Venus retrograde !!!

In regards to overall health, remember Mercury is the natural planetary ruler of the 6th house which rules health and nutrition, among other things, so there could be more potential to have health issues in general during a Mercury retrograde  ... in Scorpio, there could be issues with the eliminating and reproductive systems which are areas ruled by Pluto, and the genitalia which are the anatomical areas Scorpio rules ... there could also be issues with the throat, chin, cheeks or sense of taste which are areas ruled by Venus, and the kidneys which are ruled by Libra !!!

A Mercury retrograde is usually not a good time to have surgery as the healing process could be slowed down or there could be the chance of having to go back at a later date and take care of something that wasn't done correctly - especially in regards to cosmetic surgery which goes double this time once Mercury reenters the sign of Libra ruled by Venus !!! ... now this applies to elective surgery ... as for emergency surgery, we have no control over that and trying to put that off might produce catastrophic results !!!

In addition to the above mentioned potential possibilities, one must also take into account in which house or houses in your natal chart these degrees fall ... that is where you might feel the strongest impact or be subject to the more challenging energy mishaps ... and ultimately what the main issues this Mercury retrograde has in store for you ... to "re-iterate" this retrograde occurs from 11 degrees 40 minutes Scorpio back to 25 degrees 54 minutes Libra ... once again a good reminder of how important it is to have a natal chart run by a reputable Astrologer !!!

Gemini and Virgo born since Mercury is your natural ruling planet, this is your time to "try" and slow down for personal review and rethinking - especially in regards as to what has transpired in your lives since Mercury last resumed direct motion on July 12th !!!

"Here is your Survival manual: Mercury retro always creates a repeating action. The Re-Words are common. Some re-words that you will notice during this time are:

Repeat – The action you are making during the RX period you will probably repeat again during the period or later.


Repair – The need for repair will arise. If possible, put if off until Mercury turns direct (November 3rd).


Reverse - You will be amazed at how many times you change your mind or reverse your thinking during this time. Watch out for that race car driver that is driving in reverse down the emergency lane on the freeway. Yikes !!!


Recall - Your mind will wonder back. You will think of people from the past or you will encounter someone from the past. If old lovers show up, don't bet that it will stick. Believe me... it is just for a "review." (And if it does last, I want to be the first to know about it. E-mail me and let me know). And you know what, I wouldn't start a new romance during this period either. Hold off until AFTER November 3rd !!!


Review - If you are reading instructions, you may find it necessary to review repeatedly because they simply don't make sense. Sometimes the publisher has actually left out a step. It happens!


Regroup - In corporations, it is a common experience during the Rx to hear the boss say, 'Alright, we are going to rework this thing and get it right.' Later when the period is over, they go back to the old way doing things. It is a laugh a minute. Stand back and watch the comedy.


Reboot and Revise - The computer world is a definite place to watch the comedy. It is common for one to suddenly, without fore thought, decide to revise their system during the Rx. Oh! Mercy! That revised system may never function in the normal way. Oh, please! Do wait until the period is over. However, it is fine to do your shopping for the new components during the Rx. When you do go to purchase your parts in November after the 20th, you will most likely find better deals and buys.


Return - Now here is a good one. You'll find that this period is a popular time for family or class reunions. Should you stay are home? Absolutely not! You go because this is a review that you don't want to miss. But funny thing is that in spite of the fact that you tell these people 'lets stay in touch' it will become lip service and you won't live up to your suggestion.


Rebirth – Often one will go back into the past and bring up old creative projects to work with during this time frame. Sometimes it sticks and sometimes it doesn't. Only you will be able to activate the discipline to keep it going once the retrograde period is over.


Recover - You can bet that you will dig into your files, boxes or storage to recover something that you need…you can also bet it won't be an easy find. It is likely that you will be looking for a legal document· While it is possible that you may not find what you are looking for, you may find something that you would like to put back in to use. Fun!


Re-examine – Well, just about everything. Smile.


Reduction – Over the years, I have been amazed at how many times a company or person decides to eliminate a job or to leave a job during the retrograde. It is my experience that a job changed during this period is 95% of the time regretted. Can you wait until the period is over, dear heart?

Those of you born between October 14th and November 2nd will definitely have Mercury retrograde energy in their birthday (solar return) chart for the whole year ahead ... those born on October 13th and November 3rd may or may not get this backward energy depending on the time of your solar return !!! ... and just a reminder those born between October 14th and November 2nd will get both the Mercury and Mars retrograde energy in their solar return chart for the whole year ahead ... below is a repeat explanation of what it means to have Mercury Retrograde for the whole year in your birthday chart:



The significance of having Mercury retrograde in your yearly birthday chart or, as we refer to it in Astrology, a Solar Return, is summed up below by Mary Fortier Shea in her book titled "Planets in Solar Return" :



"A Solar Return is the time every year that the Sun returns to the same degrees and minutes it was at when you were born - all the more reason to know your birth time now isn't it, hmmmmm????? ... a new chart is run for you at the time your solar return occurs in that given year and it is run for wherever you are at the precise time of your solar return ... this produces a new horoscope chart which shows what energy you may or may not run into for the year ahead - that is from the current birthday until next years birthday ... its energy can be felt from one to three months out before the actual solar return occurs .... often people will relocate for the return time in order to get a particular energy in their solar return chart ...



Mercury is usually retrograde in a solar return chart every six years ... during this time it's best to be introspective ... you should be learning and thinking on your own rather than depending on others ... the mind is like an overstuffed drawer seriously in need of re-filing and reorganization ... in other words the time has come to "process" ...



The mental processes are not very receptive to new information at this time ... it's time to go back and re-examine and review things in your life which may have been started but not carried through to fruition or maybe interrupted and suddenly abandoned for some reason ... by focusing inward you might be able to see that your own opinions, thoughts and decisions work best for you rather than those made by others ... at the same time be very receptive to the feedback others are giving you especially if you have missed the mark in regard to some endeavor ...




Another side effect of this energy is secretiveness where you decide to withhold information or sometimes outright lie ... and why ??? .. because you have secrets that need to be kept or else were you to express your opinions and thoughts outwardly it could cause tension in your relationships ... have plenty of ice cream around to soothe the tongue you are most likely going to have to bite frequently this year !!!



This is a great year to keep a journal and put your thoughts down on paper and also to write original material ... sometimes you can see things differently when thoughts and ideas are written down which is a very helpful way to get organized ... this is a year where you will probably realize old opinions and beliefs are now outdated thus encouraging you to reassess your thinking, reformulate previously developed ideas, and shed new light on something on some level of your life that needs to be addressed ...



It doesn't really have to be a bad year ... done wisely, fast forwarding to the past and clearing out the "clutter", you can propel yourself further ahead in life than you originally may have thought !!! "



For all of us, now becomes a time to review and rethink what is going on in our lives and especially what may have been started or done during the last Mercury retrograde, that being June 18th through July 12th, or, like Gemini and Virgo born, actions we undertook since the last Mercury Retrograde ended on July 12th ... and it would not be out of the realm of possibilities to have issues arise from previous Mercury retrogrades in particular the retrograde periods from February 16th through March 9th and October 31st through November 20th, 2019 ... all of these being the most recent Mercury retrogrades ... and in some cases. issues arising from previous retrograde periods further back than those mentioned ... after all, Mercury is known as the "trickster" and you never know what may occur !!!



Whatever the case, it is for sure that there will undoubtedly be lights going ON in our heads regarding certain actions as well as other lights going OUT as this Mercury retrograde energy wreaks its cosmic havoc for the next 22 days especially with another personal planet, in this case Mars, currently retrograde ... this could end up being an extremely disruptive and challenging period for many people ... as if this year hasn't been so already !!! ... Mercury remains retrograde until November 3rd !!!

It would be in your best interest to slow down and try not to act too impulsively and swim upstream in a raging current of cosmic chaos or the day may come in the near future when you live to regret what you did ... be aware that tempers will flare and patience may become very scarce at times even though it may seem they already are with Mars currently being retrograde ... for those of you keeping track, we have just reached the halfway point for the Mars retrograde ... most importantly, keep that sense of humor close at hand ... it will definitely be needed many times especially during the next 3 weeks !!!

As always my fellow beings of light, when all is said and done, the burning question becomes whether or not will we become the victim of Constant Cosmic chaos, the recipient of great Cosmic Clarity - or perhaps both ??? 

SHAKE ... RATTLE ... AND ROLL !!!

PLUTO - planet, dwarf planet, etc., take your pick  - associated with death, rebirth, transformation, change, upheaval, healing and renewal - completed its retrograde journey for 2020 on Sunday, October 4th, at 9:32 AM EDT ... Pluto has been in retrograde motion since April 25th going from 24 degrees 59 minutes Capricorn back down to 22 degrees 29 minutes Capricorn and there undoubtedly has been a lot of reexamination on many levels of changes both we as individuals and as a society have been involved in !!!



Now that Pluto is stationing back into direct motion, things could start to surface that we may have been seeking information about ... secrets will surely begin to be exposed and those involved will most likely be brought into public awareness even if they did not want their questionable actions to see the light of day!!! ... during the retrograde period we have all been trying to understand how we individually impact the Earth and other people as well ... Pluto is getting close to finishing its transit through the sign of Capricorn ... there are definitely going to continue to be issues arising concerning big business, the economy and governmental policy changes that affect everyone - especially being influenced by COVID-19 !!!




Pluto tends to expose the "dark side" of things and bring it into the light even when it is not what some would like ... we are  currently witnessing what could be referred to as the shakedown of governmental lawbreakers as well as intense scrutiny of the very process of the way the government is functioning - or not !!! ... also people are empowering themselves to make authority serve the true needs of all people and the planet as well !!!

There are two groups of people that are most likely feeling the effects of this powerful shift even though we all will on some level in our lives ... Scorpio born individuals, this is your ruling planet so now it's time to come out of your period of review and reflection which began around April 25th and start implementing changes or be prepared for change and transformation !!!



My fellow Capricorn individuals, we are going through massive personal change, upheaval, transformation and even healing and "rebirth" as this energy is making an added impact for us since Pluto is moving through our birth sign, the transit actually beginning in January of 2008, and will not complete its transit through our sign until 2024 due to its lengthy retrograde journeys and slow movement - after all it takes about 248 years to complete one journey around the zodiac !!!



In fact during this transit, Pluto has either crossed over or will be crossing over, or be conjunct as we refer to it, at some point your natal Capricorn Sun placement at birth with the potential to bring vast sweeping changes to your life ... and it is very important that you do something NOW during this transit in order to move forward productively on your path in life ... the changes may be difficult and challenging but should not be feared as they are necessary and will bring about the birth of something new in your life that will be beautiful and remarkable !!!



For those of you who have had a natal chart done and know in which house 22 degrees 29 minutes Capricorn falls, you most likely will feel some kind of power shift or impact in that area of your life from Pluto stationing back into direct motion ... in fact, it's intensity has really been building since roughly August 17th when Pluto reentered the 22 degree area where it would eventually station direct !!!



Pluto remains in direct motion until April 27th, 2021 when it begins its next retrograde journey at 26 degrees 48 minutes Capricorn going back to 24 degrees 19 minutes Capricorn !!!



We all should now be prepared for an outward upheaval, tearing down, death - not necessarily always physical, rebirth, transformation, change and even the potential for deep healing somewhere in our lives and/or within society - understanding not only that this process is absolutely necessary for personal as well as spiritual growth, but more importantly we should always be prepared to expect the  unexpected !!!

And now that Pluto has completed its retrograde journey for 2020 and begins its forward motion, things may truly once again begin to SHAKE ... RATTLE ... AND ROLL !!! 

THE CELESTIAL TASKMASTER RESUMES TEACHING US LIFE LESSONS WE MUST LEARN !!!

SATURN - the planet representing authority figures, discipline, effort, sense of order, limitation, the urge for safety and security, tests us by placing obstacles and restrictions in our lives, shows what we are unsure of or truly fear, known as FATHER TIME, and most notoriously known for being the celestial taskmaster teaching us the lessons we must learn in life - stationed back into direct motion on Tuesday, September 29th at 1:11 AM EDT ... these lessons we MUST learn through the obstacles we often encounter sometimes are easier but more frequently become extremely challenging and difficult on our journey through this life in order to make us slow down so we can build strong foundations and structures in our lives that are on solid ground !!!

While Saturn has been in retrograde motion since May 11th of this year, hopefully we have all been reviewing and trying to restructure systems, programs, organizations, corporations and rules that will allow them to function more efficiently ... we also were given the time and opportunity, if we used it wisely, to become more aware of our own personal authority and power and determine whether or not it fits within society or is actually undermining us and needs adjustment on some level ... in addition, we all should have been reviewing whether or not societies rules and policies are helping to give us needed structure or limiting us in some way thus preventing further personal and spiritual growth !!!

Now that Saturn has resumed direct motion, we should begin to be better able to see where we stand and thus continue building even more secure structures and foundations in our lives individually and as a society as well ... no doubt we may have encountered limitations or restrictions either self imposed or imposed by authority figures during this retrograde period ... and perhaps now the Universe will even throw in yet another road block or two our way to make us realize whether or not we made good use of this retrograde period !!!




This Saturn retrograde period, which began back on May 11th, occurred from 1 degree 31 minutes Aquarius - which it began its initial transit through on March 21st of this year - back to 25 degrees 20 minutes Capricorn ... if you know in your natal chart in which house or houses these degrees fall, then you may understand where in your life this Saturn retrograde was making its impact - especially if it made any aspects to your natal planets as well as your natal angles - cusps of the 1st, 4th, 7th, and 10th houses ... Saturn has been at the 25 degree mark of Capricorn since the end of August and was at an astrological "standstill" around 25 degrees 20 minutes Capricorn since September 25th yielding the potential for that to have been a very challenging period for many people !!! 

My fellow Capricorns, this was our yearly period of review, self-introspection, and rethinking of what has transpired in our lives especially from September 18th, 2019 until May 11th of this year !!!




Saturn is currently transiting through Capricorn with Pluto - a lot of heavy duty energy requiring us to become practical, responsible and grounded !!! ... Saturn remains in direct motion until May 23rd, 2021 ... Saturn will complete its full transit through the sign of Capricorn on December 17th, 2020 !!!





Saturn now moves forward to continue and complete its transit through Capricorn which it began back on December 19th, 2017 ... this is the sign that it naturally rules and is therefore considered to be in dignity and operating very powerfully ... Saturn in Capricorn is all about organizing ,,, this placement frequently gives rise to desire for power, prestige and some kind of authority ... it is considered to be an excellent placement for those interested in politics, business, science or any kind of career that brings public acclaim and recognition ... after all, Capricorn is the natural ruler of the 10th house which is concerned with career and public image !!!





Saturn in Capricorn is persistent, calculating, very careful, highly practical and very good at organization with its razor sharp focus ... but it can also yield a rather cold and reserved air at times ... it is often the marker of those born with this placement who had to struggle to gain personal security early in life ... as a result, one is willing and understands the necessity to work hard to achieve in life and expects others to do so as well .. this placement of Saturn can lead one to the highest levels of personal evolution and understanding, or it can cause one to lean towards being overly materialistic and selfish ... one definitely needs to learn to develop a sense of humor as this energy can be so driving and demanding !!!





Usually people are not very happy when Saturn comes into the picture to teach us and make us learn life lessons that are often very daunting and difficult, but we native Capricorns understand how hard Saturn's "weight" can bear down on us ... so its retrograde journey each year becomes an opportunity for everyone else to feel and hopefully come to understand what we have to live with all of our life ... challenging - you bet !!! ... and no one would ever say it is an easy task, but the potential for rewards are unlimited if you open your eyes, ears and hearts, allow the Universe to lead the way and be willing to go the distance ... after all, if you don't learn the lesson the first time, you can be sure the Universe will bring the lessons back around again, and the next time they may end up being even more difficult to deal with in your life !!!





As Saturn is most frequently teaching all of us very difficult lessons, holding firm and staying positive will get us through this stronger and better able to deal with life and its many challenges ... so if you keep your feet firmly planted and try to understand that the "light at the end of the tunnel" usually signifies greater personal as well as spiritual growth, you will definitely come through a much stronger person and able to handle this journey through life more efficiently for the lessons you have taken seriously and made great personal effort to learn from ... you will certainly be better equipped to deal with life and its many constant challenges not just from Saturn's energy !!!

Time for me to once again reiterate a worthwhile observation of mine - as a Capricorn born who will be ruled lifelong by Saturn, I can say that from personal experience the transits of Saturn aren't always a bad thing that should be dreaded ... while its actions can be difficult and challenging, Saturn's main objective is to help us grow and become a better, more highly functional and successful person by finding the courage deep from within to take a serious and honest look at where we are versus where we should be going ... and this is done by making sure our foundations in life are always strong, solid and secure !!!

A "LOVE" OF ANALYSIS, PRECISION AND ORGANIZING DETAILS !!!

 

VENUS began its transit through the picky, detailed oriented sign of Virgo yesterday, October 2nd, at 4:48 PM EDT ... Venus was last in Virgo from August 21st through September 14th, 2019 ... Venus in Virgo is considered to be in its "fall" and therefore its effectiveness can be greatly challenged ... being in its "fall", Venus is opposite the sign it is exalted in which is Pisces ... it does not work all that efficiently because this position makes it difficult to express its true nature ... a planet in "fall" is like having to stay in someone else's home where you do not really feel all that comfortable !!!



Venus in Virgo, which produces a highly discerning type of love, enjoys competence, precision, and doing things the way they should be done - CORRECTLY !!! ... it is exacting, discriminating and/or critical when relating to other people ... affection is usually expressed in a manner of doing things for people or serving them in some way ... it is also expressed modestly and/or timidly ... pleasure is achieved by functioning efficiently and being helpful especially in repairing things, situations or people !!!



Venus in Virgo enjoys analysis, precision and organizing details ... logic and common sense makes this Venus very comfortable ... the handling of money and possessions is usually practical and thrifty ... there is a desire for common sense and for a willingness to work in love relationships ... this Venus can be more sincerely affectionate than any other sign, can manifest a very strong business sense, and knows exactly what is does and does not want !!! ... it often has a tendency to get so involved in details it becomes overly critical and demanding !!!

Venus is currently the only planet transiting through the sign of Virgo  ... Venus remains in Virgo until October 27th ... as previously mentioned, Mercury, the natural ruler of Virgo, will be retrograde during the last 15 days of this Venus transit ... over half of this transit !!! ... and to add insult to injury, so to speak, Venus will enter Libra, the sign it natural rules, approximately 8 minutes after Mercury re-enters the sign of Libra per retrograde motion ... that cosmic "sense of humor" can really be irritating and annoying sometimes now can't it ??? 

Virgo born, don't forget the "love light" is now shining on YOU - play it right and you might just get what you want if you DON'T over analyze and obsess over it too much and if Mercury doesn't interfere too much !!!
