Mercury was last in Libra from August 27th through  November 1st/2nd, 2015 ... it got no further than 15 degrees 55 minutes Libra on September 17th, 2015 when it began its retrograde journey which lasted until October 9th going all the way back to 0 degrees 54 minutes Libra ... Mercury actually began its through Libra last year while Venus, which as noted rules the sign of Libra, was still retrograde so don't be surprised if, even though Mercury is not retrograde now, issues from that period may arise again or even issues from the Venus retrograde last year which occurred from July 25th through September 6th, 2015 !!!
