"COME ON AND EASE ON DOWN, EASE ON DOWN THE ROAD ..."
Mercury completed its final retrograde journey of 2009 yesterday morning, 1/15, at 11:52 AM EST and stationed back into direct motion - YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... time to ease on back into the swing of things on many levels ... over the next few days to the next few weeks or even months, there may be some "a-ha" lights coming on in regard to decisions made during the retrograde period from 12/26 - 1/15 and possibly as far back as 12/09 when Mercury entered its shadow point - the point where it would come out of the retrograde journey yesterday morning which was at 5 degrees of Capricorn ... what actions did you take or were taken against you in regards to your career and/or public image and also in relationships that you may be regretting or simply wondering why you chose that particular course of action and didn't wait a little longer or are now wondering why it happened ???? .... did you make any major purchases - homes, cars, electronics - that now don't seem like the best thought out course of action ??? ... there could be outright problems regarding any purchases made with anything where electrical energy and/or computers were involved .... relationships may have come to an end - some needed to and others may have jumped the gun and are you are now wondering, or will be, why did I do that or end things at this point ... all of these scenarios are possible as the energy of a Mercury retrograde is one where communications and mental energy is going "backwards" ... now there may be a few instances where nothing really majored happened rather only minor annoyances ... those of you born with your natal Sun between 5 and 21 degrees of Capricorn may also have had something significant to occur during this retrograde as Mercury passed back over your natal Sun ... BACK TO THE INTERNAL GRINDSTONE !!!
Saturn - the planet representing the urge for security and safety, that is also known as the taskmaster teaching us the lessons we must learn in life, shows us what we are unsure of or truly fear, and forces us to find the means to acquire discipline, effort and sense of order so that we may overcome limitations and obstacles - began its RETROGRADE journey for this year yesterday, 1/13 at 10:58 AM EST ...
The main thrust of a transiting Saturn retrograde is RESTRUCTURING our foundations ... since Saturn is the planet which represents systems and organizations, during its retrograde period the time has come to re-examine these areas and find ways to improve them ... it is now time for everyone one of us to restructure systems, programs, organizations, and even rules in order to make them function more efficiently ... processes and policies will all benefit from re-examination during this period ... and isn't it sadly ironic that Haiti was hit with such a deadly and devasting earthquake on Tuesday just as Saturn was "slowing" down to station into retrograde motion on Wednesday ... since Sunday, January 10th , Saturn has literally been vibrating at 4 degrees and 39 minutes of Libra creating a lot of tension and possibly a feeling of heaviness and being weighted down ... unfortunately the area around Port au Prince, Haiti, "gave way" to the tension and stress creating a huge disaster ... and undoubtedly many of us somehwere in our lives were feeling this vibrational stress since Sunday even if we didn't have such a dramatic release of this energy !!!
Just a reminder that Saturn is currently in its transit through the sign of Libra ... and the essence of this transit is being tested through relating ... needless to say relationships and partnerships both personal and public are going under the universal microscope for closer scrutiny - and haven't they been doing that since the end of December 2008 when we began a year long series of personal planet retrogrades and shadow points that often overlapped !!! ... in Libra, the greatest lesson Saturn will ultimately teach us is that of BALANCE in relationships ... letting give and take have equal power ... through these balancing acts, one will be able to determine and establish their place in the professional and personal landscape of their individual lives ... and Libra born individuals may especially be sensitive to this retrograde energy that is taking place in their birth sign ...
My fellow Capricorns, this begins our yearly period of "hibernation" or self introspection since this is our ruling planet ... what has been going on in your life since Saturn stationed back into direct motion last May 16th, 2009 ... what have you been working on and possibly rebuilding and restructuring that now needs some re-examination to determine whether or not you are on the right track or producing the desired results you are working towards ??? ... or what did you start working on during the last Saturn retrograde period - 12/31/08 through 5/16/09 - that now MUST be addressed and either improved upon or simply let go of in order to facilitate personal growth ???

ONE MORE TIME FOR OLD TIMES SAKE !!!

LOVE FOR SALE ??? - OR TIGHTENING THE PURSE STRINGS ???
Venus, with stately grace and elegance, began its transit of the sign of Capricorn this afternoon, 12/25, at 1:18 PM EST ... this Venus has a somewhat more somber and serious nature as it is transiting a sign ruled by Saturn - the taskmaster/teacher who tends to limit and restrict and produce a need for restructuring ... Capricorn is an Earth sign and when Venus transits an Earth sign interactions with others are sought sensually and with practicality, and it seeks comfort and stability ...
