MORE DETAILS ... DETAILS ... DETAILS !!!

JUPITER  - planet representing growth, the laws, belief and ethics, expansion, opportunity, wealth, faith, higher education, travel especially long distance, religion, philosophy, joy, goodwill, as well as excess and extravagance - completed its retrograde journey on Monday, 5/9, at 8:16 AM EDT resuming forward motion at 13 DEGREES 15 MINUTES VIRGO ... while Jupiter has been retrograde since January 7th of this year, we have all been rethinking and reviewing our growth and expansion and determining whether or not it may have gone too far too fast and needed some adjustment ... during this period we all have hopefully experienced some kind of internal growth and have been preparing for opportunities that may now become available as Jupiter has stationed back into direct motion ... now is the time to finally determine whether or not what is being offered is something that you truly want and whether or not it will positively promote personal and spiritual growth, or is something that is merely stroking your ego ... Just remember though we are still currently in a double personal planet retrograde, that being both Mercury and Mars, so be careful about moving too fast with new opportunities first until May 22nd when Mercury completes its second retrograde journey for 2016 and second until June 29th when Mars completes its retrograde journey for 2016 ... I know it seems like a long time to put things on hold, but now is an excellent time to do your research and prepare to move forward when the planetary energy is in a more beneficial period of support for your endeavors !!!

This Jupiter retrograde period occurred from 23 DEGREES 14 MINUTES VIRGO back to 13  DEGREES 15 MINUTES VIRGO ... if you've had a natal chart done you know where these degrees fall, and the areas of life ruled by the house our houses involved are most likely where situations had gone too far in an effort to produce growth and expansion, and had to be addressed and adjustments made  ... 

Sagittarius born individuals, it is time for you to come out of your "hibernation period" and begin moving forward once again - but perhaps for now best to take "baby steps" until the previously mentioned retrograde periods end and especially as Mars is retrograde in your birth sign until May 27th !!! ... so where did you receive illumination and enlightenment and what have you been busy reviewing and rethinking in your lives since January 7th??? ... what is it that you really want, and what is it that is simply excessive and unnecessary for personal and spiritual growth and expansion ... and we all should have been doing that on some level of our lives ...

Jupiter began its transit through Virgo back on August 11th, 2015, and even though Jupiter is frequently referred to as the "great Benefic" and will certainly have some very positive effects during this transit, Jupiter is considered to be in detriment in Virgo as that means it is in the sign opposite of the one it rules which is Pisces - well, sort of ... Jupiter was technically considered the ancient ruler of Pisces because way back when, Neptune had not been discovered yet, and Jupiter had been given rulership of both Sagittarius and Pisces which makes sense as one sign, Sagittarius governs the higher mind, beliefs, philosophy and religion, and Pisces governs the mystical, the visionary and spiritual matters ... also, Jupiter is usually least comfortable operating in an earth sign as it will have the tendency to limit and confine Jupiter's expansive qualities and abilities ... earth signs tend to be more of a practical, tangible nature which challenges Jupiter's desire to explore the higher planes of existence ...

Jupiter in Virgo has challenges ... one of the biggest is being unable to "see the forest for the trees" as Jupiter is all about expansion and the big picture while Virgo is extremely focused on the multitude of details ... Jupiter is amplification and elaboration and Virgo is precision and perfection ... worries tend to get magnified and confidence is not always the best ... due to Jupiter's expansion and Virgo's restriction internal tension may result ... often expressing ones affection gets curtailed somewhat ... due to the over concern with so many details, one must guard against making mountains out of molehills as the saying goes ... sometimes one can get very lazy and sloppy in their work if they are not careful ... most importantly, one must be careful not to work so hard and end up getting nowhere !!!
